There are many other dominant Iowa casinos, which includes Harrah’s Council Bluffs, with 28,250 sq.ft., 1,212 slot machines, and 39 table games.

A tinier Iowa casino is the Diamond Jo, a water based gambling den in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 one armed bandits, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend Riverboat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 slot machines, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa river based gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is open all hours, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 slot machines, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. river based casino in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live shows, and Thursday 21 tournaments.

Iowa casinos present a great deal of tax revenue to the government of Iowa, which has permitted the budgeting of many commonwealth wide activities. Tourism has gotten bigger at a rapid rate along with the requirement for services and a growth in jobs. Iowa gambling halls have contributed to the advancement of the economy, and the affection for betting in Iowa is absolute.
